DUMPLING POT WITH MAITAKE
Recipe

Ingredients(serves 3 to 4)

  • 2 pcs Yukiguni Maitake
  • 400 g vegetables of your choice (green onion, carrots, Chinese chives, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, etc.)
  • 15 vegetarian dumplings
  • 1,200 ml water (A)
  • 2 cubes of vegetable stock (A)
  • Sesame oil, as needed
Directions

❶  Cut the Yukiguni Maitake and the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

❷  Put (A) into the pot and turn on the heat.

❸  When the soup simmers, add the ingredients from step 1.

❹  Wait until the soup simmers again, and then add in the dumplings.

❺  When all the ingredients are fully cooked, pour in the sesame oil as needed. The dish is ready to be served.
