At the end of the day, ask and journal down: “What did I feel today? What was it teaching me?”
This gentle check-in turns emotions into insight.
3. Heart Tap Grounding
Place your hand on your heart, tap softly, and affirm: “It’s safe to feel. I am safe with me.”
This restores inner safety when things feel overwhelming.
4. Naming Without Judging
Silently name emotions as they arise: This is tension. “This is fear. This is sadness.”
