MORNING – HAPPINESS MEDITATION

This is a practice that is ideal to begin your day with. Do this every morning after you wake, but before you get out from the bed. Recall a happy moment in your life; when you experienced true joy and freedom. Immerse yourself completely in that memory of happiness. Feel your body cells vibrate in absolute bliss as you lovingly embrace that memory. Practice this and you will find yourself flushed with happiness the entire day.

EVENING – GRATITUDE JAR
Everyday, write down on a small piece of paper the one thing, person or moment that you feel grateful for on that day. Once you have written down what you are grateful for, fold and deposit it into an empty jar. Over time, your Gratitude Jar will be full of your own loving memories. On a day when you need uplifting, you can perk yourself up by picking a piece of paper from the jar and reliving that moment.
