CHEESY VEGAN KALE CHIPS

Kale is known as one of the healthiest and most nutritious plant foods in existence. Loaded with all kinds of beneficial compounds, some of which have medicinal properties.
A single cup of raw kale (about 67 grams or 2.4 ounces) contains vitamin A, K, C, B6, Manganese, Calcium, Copper, Potassium, Magnesium and more.
Ingredients:
¾ cups cashew
4 cups kale leaves
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil (vco)
2 tbsp tamari/ soy sauce
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
1 lemon (juice)
Method:
- Soak cashew for 3 hours
- Blend the cashew, garlic, tamari, vco, nutritional yeast and lemon juice in blender until smooth
- Combine kale and cashew paste, stir until all the kale pieces are coated. Place kale on baking sheets, bake for 2 hours until crunchy
