Make A Choice

You can either let life lead you, or lead your life. Flip the switch to positivity. Choose to be an optimist not just for self but for your loved ones in your life right now.
BE GRATEFUL
When you begin to feel depressed, stop to say “thank you” to anything – your house, car, family, job, food, clothes and what have you. There is no point in having regrets of things past. Instead, being grateful will allow you to experience a higher vibration almost immediately.
USE MOTION
Fast motion allows you to experience a higher vibrational state. You can be speeding on a speed boat, bike riding or be on a roller coaster ride, your mood will immediately improve. The faster the momentum, the higher your vibration will be.
LOOK YOUR BEST
When you are feeling down, you tend to stay in your pyjamas or lie in bed all day, not bothered with your hair or appearance. To pull yourself together and boost your energy, put on your favorite outfit, shoes and perfume to look and be your best, and you will definitely feel your best too. Walk out with your spine straight and shoulders held back, chest out, with a smile on our face. This helps put you in a feel-good emotional state which immediately switches on a positive mindset.
EXERCISE
Hit the gym or park and sweat it out. Science confirms that exercise is great for releasing the bio-chemicals (endorphins) that make you feel good. It’s best to do this in the morning – taking in the fresh air and absorbing the sunshine to help your body rejuvenate and charge up. Elevate your energy at the same time with upbeat or happy music. Avoid listening to sad and slow songs when you are down as you will be in the same vibrational resonance with it, making you feel worse.
WATCH COMEDY
This is one of the easiest things to do as it can be done lying in bed, which is how most people will be when in a depressed state. Watching a funny movie, sitcom or even listening to a stand-up comedy routine online that makes you smile and even laugh will help improve your mood. Once finished, leave your bed and further improve your energy with another activity on this list to pull yourself up even higher.
MEDITATE
Sit or lie down, close your eyes, and concentrate on your breathing. Meditation aligns you with the higher vibrational energies of the universe. Visualize a beam of white light from the source engulfing your entire physical body and auric field to transmute energy denseness, for at least half hour. See yourself shining with bright white light. You should experience some clarity and peace thereafter.
